Thank you for visiting this blog.
If you have followed my ideas all the way through and reached this post, I thank you for looking over my entire position. As you can see, I approach this job with a high degree of organization, creative problem-solving and skillsets that would be beneficial to the Board, to the investors, and to the residential owners.
From what I have heard from too many owners, this board may be good - but there are so many ways it can be even more responsive if it had some new ideas and fresh perspective on how to manage in a developing neighborhood.
Its my understanding that the current Board member up for re-election has been nothing but an asset to this building, and I am sure that is completely true. I do not know Mr. Jackson, and have no reason to want him - or any member - of the current Board out. Unfortunately, for me to be able to properly present this agenda, and work with the Board on making these ideas work for Shore Towers and turn it into a valuable and profitable building, I need to be a member.
Based on the Board's reaction to my broaching the topic of what I call "Year Four" finances at the last owners meeting, I don't think the Board is prepared to really listen to such progressive, yet common-sense, ideas unless brought to them in person, and in detail, for consideration. The only way I can truly help these ideas grow within the Shore Towers community is to be part of that process. My apologies to Mr. Jackson for running for the Board against him.
I hope this has given you, the owner, insight as to some of the problems facing the building, who I am, and how I can help this building remain a profitable and nice place to live.
